Snug — Delete your data
Snug has no accounts to sign up for. The only data we hold about you is what the leaderboards need: a random anonymous ID, a generated display name (like "Cozy Moose 42"), your best scores and your daily streak.
From inside the game (instant)
- Open Snug and tap Leaderboards on the menu.
- Tap Delete my leaderboard data, then tap it again to confirm.
Your display name, every score you have posted and your anonymous ID are permanently deleted from our server straight away. Nothing is kept.
If you have uninstalled the game
Email accounts@minimoose.ca with the display name you had on the leaderboard and roughly when you last played. We will delete the matching entries within 30 days. Even without a request, daily boards are deleted automatically after about 60 days and weekly boards after about 120 days.
Data on your phone
Scores, streaks and settings stored on your device are removed when you uninstall Snug or clear its storage in Android settings. To reset or delete your advertising ID, go to Android Settings → Google → Ads.
